10% Non-Refundable Guarantee Deposit of total room cost is required as guarantee
- How do I cancel my hotel reservation without a charge ?
Guest should cancel the reservation 3 days before their expected arrival date, otherwise Late Cancellation penalty equivalent to one (1) night stay shall be applied.
- How many people can stay in one room ?
Guest room can accommodate maximum of two (2) adults.

- Are king size beds available in the rooms ?
Choice between King sized bed or Twin beds for Superior rooms, while De Luxe and Exclusive are all King sized beds.
- Do you have non-smoking rooms ?
Yes. All non-smoking rooms are available.

Yes. It’s Cielo. It offers Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
- What cuisine is available in the restaurants ?

SUPERIOR – Approximately 25 Sq m. Total of 24 saleable units. Choose from either Twin Beds or King Bed.
DELUXE – Approximately 26.5 Sq m. Total of 14 saleable units with King sized bed.
EXECUTIVE – Approximately 27 Sq m. Total of 21 saleable rooms with King sized bed.
SUITE ROOM – Approximately 38 Sq m. Total of 7 saleable rooms with King sized bed.
